This section is really about you. Thank you for taking the time to visit and to consider working with me. Are you the person who will follow your gut, who will be my literary agent, partner and navigator in the publishing world? 

Everyone tells me to self-publish but I’d really like to work with an agent because you’re the expert. And I’m ready to do my part: I’ve already completed two novels, have outlined sequels and I write quickly and meet tight deadlines. I definitely have a dreamy, reclusive side but many years of professional experience in my day job of marketing and communications have honed my strong people skills, flexibility, thick skin and realism about business matters. Probably being the youngest of seven kids from a lower-income family has also made me a born diplomat, too!

When I grew up, my family didn’t even own a car. As an adult I've made up for lost time and have found myself standing in Moscow’s snowy Red Square in February, exploring the ruins of Pompeii and walking in the mist and black sands of New Zealand. I’m constantly seeking, traveling to beautiful places and opening myself to experiences and new people. Complete strangers strike up conversations with me in elevators, yet I am equally thrilled to wander for days alone in an unfamiliar city. I have always been blessed with beautiful dreams and live to create worlds and words from thin air. I write these dreams into being … and now I want to share them. 

My favorite writers include Neil Gaiman, Ann Rice, Carlos Ruiz Zafón, Gordon Dahlquist, Philip Cronin, Phillip Pullman and C.S. Lewis. I love to lose myself in worlds that seem like our own—with a twist.
